The supplier has advised the following for the Revere Sterling Silver Sleeper Hoop Earrings Set of 3:

"The customer will need to hold the main body of the earring in one hand and the earring post in the other and gently pull back on the wire so it slips over the edge of the opening and inside the main body. I would suggest the customer tries this out of the ear first so they are familiar with the action and force required to fasten the earring."
