The Habitat Kids Rory Single Metal Bunk Bed gives you sleeping space for two without taking over the bedroom. It's a tubular steel frame that's built to be strong and supportive, with integrated metal slats on both levels so the mattress sits securely. The rounded edges and smooth finish mean there are no sharp corners to worry about. The pale grey powder-coated finish works with most bedroom colours and styles. It'll suit kids from six years up, and it's safety tested to hold up to 100kg per bunk, so it works for adults too.

Wall-mounting is required for stability, that's really important for children's furniture to prevent tipping. The ladder's fixed in place and designed into the frame, so you've got secure access to the top bunk. Safety rails on the upper level are 32cm high to help prevent falls during sleep. There's 90cm of headroom between bunks, enough to sit up comfortably on the lower level. The top bunk needs a mattress no deeper than 16cm for safety.
