Silent night ultra gel....... Amazing!!
Probably the best mattress I have owned in a long time. I was talked out of years to purchase a Simba mattress rather then a Silent night... how i wish i never listened. Its very firm but still provides a snug feeling. Its very high, which is maybe its only downfall if you have a high frame depending on how high you enjoy your bed to be. My frames are usually lower but i had to purchase a Silent night divan base also for full quality. The material is soft and has a beautiful quilted design. When I say I am someone who struggles with back pain after having 6 children and used to wake up still from the Simba in agony... this pain is no longer there upon wakening its amazing!! I will definitely be buying for all children as these are long lasting and effortlessly top quality.

Excellent support & comfort
First of all, being a boxtop mattress, it's quite deep. You'll need obtain or use a very deep sheet. However, once fitted - this mattress is fantastic. It offers excellent, sink in, yet balanced and supportive comfort. Due to the thickness of the boxtop of the mattress, working in tandem with the springs, it evens out perfectly for an extremely comfortable night's sleep. Suffering from historic back injuries and issues, it supports me in every position to get a good nights sleep. Although a heavy mattress, the side handles make it easy to rotate and position into place. All the materials look and feel premium. Overall, a truly excellent mattress.

Fantastic mattress great sleep
A fantastic mattress. Very high which will take a bit of getting used to but could tell immediately how luxurious it was. The top layer is very soft and we find that it does seem to keep the temperature cooler at night. Have woken in the morning feeling very well rested but it's so comfortable it's hard not to just stay in bed.

Good quality mattress
I’ve used this for about a week now it’s very comfortable. It’s much deeper than expected and difficult to find fitted sheets to fit it. Also very very heavy, won’t be easy to turn. The quality is amazing I expect it will last a long time. The cooling layer is definitely an improvement compared to my last memory foam one. The gel top layer is firmer than I expected but think I just need to get used to it.

Silentnight UltraGel 3000 Pocket Sprung Mattress (
After sleeping on the Silentnight UltraGel 3000 Pocket Sprung Mattress for a while now, I can honestly say it’s a huge upgrade from our previous mattress. I was looking for something supportive but still comfortable, and this one is definitely both. First Impressions When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was how deep and well made it felt. It’s definitely a heavy mattress so rotating it is not a one-person job but that also makes it feel really substantial and good quality. I have had to buy deeper fitted sheets because of the height. Comfort & Support The mattress is medium soft, which works really well for me as a side sleeper. My hips and shoulders sink in just enough, but my back still feels properly supported. I also don’t wake up with that stiff, achy feeling I used to get. The gel layer gives it a slightly cushioned, almost “floating” feel rather than the sinking sensation you get from memory foam. It also means I can turn over easily during the night without feeling stuck. Sleeping as a Couple One of the biggest differences for me has been how little movement I feel when my husband moves. With our old mattress I used to wake up every time he turned over, but the pocket springs in this one really do minimise that. No more rolling into the middle either, which is a big win. Temperature I tend to get warm at night, and this mattress definitely sleeps cooler than memory foam. It’s not cold, but it doesn’t trap heat, which has made a big difference to how comfortable I feel. Things to Be Aware Of Because it’s quite deep and heavy, changing the bedding or rotating the mattress takes a bit more effort. Overall I honestly couldn’t recommend this mattress more. The difference it has made to my sleep and overall comfort has been amazing! I’m waking up feeling much less stiff and far more rested. It’s supportive, really comfortable, and has made a noticeable difference to my aches and pains. If you’re considering one, I’d highly recommend it.

How do you get fitted sheets for this to fit!
Had this mattress for a couple of years now and its OK but i cannot find fitted sheets to fit it which is ridiculous - it is far too deep and likens to the princess and the pea story

The sprung mattress is great and supports my back but the gel topper has been disappointing and after only 1 week us sagging in the centre.
