Super little black box
Bought this to replace a defunct Humax box for the kitchen TV. Didn't need to record as already have one of those in the living room so this little box was perfect. Very discreet but produces an incredible picture. Even my wife noticed the improvement in picture quality and she usually just humours me about such things! Set up was nice and quick. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Easy to use
Easy to hook up, easy to set up, I think I had three things to click on, so even a dinosaur like me can do it Sets up your regional programmes and then quickly finds everything else. About 170 channels pop up so quickly and then you are ready to go. Child's play to use. Highly recommended

Spare Freesat box
I bought this a replacement for my current box as I thought it had stopped working. After the engineer realigned my dish. He said to purchase this box so I did. Also bought a replacement remote control. Any way I decided to try the remote on my current box... it worked! That was it needed. I'm going to keep the new box as a spare thank you.

Thanks for using Q&A
Hello there,
Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box:
No, the Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box is a basic satellite receiver, and it does not support streaming services or apps. It needs a satellite dish and is designed for live TV, not Freely.

Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the Manhattan SX Freesat HD Box: The Manhattan SX is a basic Freesat receiver, so unfortunately it doesn't have any built-in recording or storage functionality. The customer would need a Freesat+ box (with a built-in hard drive) to record and store programmes.
Thank you for using Q&A.
