About this product
The Argos Home Loft Living TV Unit holds screens up to 50 inches and keeps your living room organised. It's a mix of steel frame and oak-effect wood that creates a practical media storage setup. There's a deep open shelf for your set-top box, console or streaming device where everything stays accessible. Two deep drawers with smooth metal runners glide open easily, giving you space to tuck away remote controls, cables and DVDs. The cut-out handles sit flush with the drawer fronts. It works well against a wall or as a room divider in open-plan spaces.
The steel frame with painted finish supports up to 10 kilogrammes, so it handles most flat-screen TVs without strain. The media storage section has plenty of height for equipment, so your boxes and devices fit comfortably. The shelf spans the width of the unit for your larger media items. The oak-effect finish adds warmth to the industrial steel frame design. Assembly needs two people, all fixings and instructions provided.

Manufacturing Defect - Incorrect Drawer Hole Align
I am writing to report a manufacturing defect with the product I received. The design of the bottom drawer is incorrect: the pre-drilled holes do not align with the outer unit, which means the drawer channels cannot be fixed properly. This issue only became apparent after the entire unit had been assembled. As a result, the drawer cannot be installed / used as intended. This is clearly a manufacturing issue rather than an installation error. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this matter, whether through replacement parts, a replacement unit, or another appropriate solution.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I was looking for something that had drawer as well as open storage so this fit the bill perfectly. The wood effect is nice and looks good quality . The drawers are well made and you can fit loads in. It’s not the easiest build!

This unit is sturdy, easy to assemble and can hold a bit of weight. You will need a screwdriver as not provided. Great unit.

My TV is a 43" LG flat screen and that weighs just over 9.1 Kilos, so 10k is probably about right for maximum weight. Hope that helps.

You will need a Philips screwdriver (small and medium), a rubber hammer or mallet, tape measure and eye protection (when using hammer or glue). Allen key and glue are provided in the pack.
