Manufacturing Defect - Incorrect Drawer Hole Align
I am writing to report a manufacturing defect with the product I received. The design of the bottom drawer is incorrect: the pre-drilled holes do not align with the outer unit, which means the drawer channels cannot be fixed properly. This issue only became apparent after the entire unit had been assembled. As a result, the drawer cannot be installed / used as intended. This is clearly a manufacturing issue rather than an installation error. Please advise on how you intend to resolve this matter, whether through replacement parts, a replacement unit, or another appropriate solution.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I was looking for something that had drawer as well as open storage so this fit the bill perfectly. The wood effect is nice and looks good quality . The drawers are well made and you can fit loads in. It’s not the easiest build!

My TV is a 43" LG flat screen and that weighs just over 9.1 Kilos, so 10k is probably about right for maximum weight. Hope that helps.

You will need a Philips screwdriver (small and medium), a rubber hammer or mallet, tape measure and eye protection (when using hammer or glue). Allen key and glue are provided in the pack.
