Does the job
I bought this for a holiday in Asia and it is very reassuring to know that I can top up my phone whenever I want, while on the move if necessary. I top up my phone when it gets to about 40% and it has lasted a few times, but I'm not sure how many complete charges could be done. The meter is very handy to see how much charge is left. The small cable provided has caps on the connectors to protect them and attaches to it. There are two sockets which should enable it to be charged and charge the phone at the same time. It is very chunky and reassuringly solid. A good buy for the price, I would have thought that everyone needs one.

Belkin Support say that the powerbank can only be charged using the large old style usb connectors as found on older computers or wall chargers! This makes no sense.
The 6 inch cable supplied is only usable with usb C style wall chargers.
Its very confusing that the previous answer from Belkin Support states this when the products photographs show that the power bank has 2 usb C ports both labelled IN - OUT.

Hi there! Included in the package for the Belkin BPB028HQBK is the BoostCharge Power Bank 20K with Display and a detachable 6-inch/15cm 60W USB-C to USB-C cable. You will need an adapter to connect the other end of the cable to recharge the power bank.
just been told by Belkin it can take 4 to 6 hours to fully recharge from empty, thats using a 20w fast charger,
not the 0.75 hours its advertising, i used a Belkin 20w fast charger it taken me over 3.5 hours from 50 per cent to fully recharge power bank
