Do not buy, very badly made, not fit for purpose
Manoeuvrability very bad indeed - could not be wheeled easily and at times not at all. The case handle broke at airport after very short usage. The case pull out handle was also dented , and only became visible when used for the first time. The case also kept on collapsing all the time whenever clothes clothes were added to it. Wheels were not correctly located which was the main factor for the case continuously falling over. As we are over 80 this became a difficult issue, and needed help from other passengers to lift it up and right it. Suitcase could not stand up at all at desk counter when checking in and just kept on falling over. Altogether a very flimsy badly designed suitcase not fit for purpose. Will be returning it today just back from holiday and requesting a full refund.

Great cabin size 8 wheel suitcase.
This suitcase was a direct replacement for the same suitcase that unfortunately had a broken handle (covered under guarantee). Apart from this the suitcase has been great. Nice size, expandable and the wheels work brilliantly. We have had the medium size cases for several years and has been durable, strong and have never had any issues. A good 5 year guarantee. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Your TSA combination lock is set to 0-0-0 by the factory. To reset the lock to your preferred 3-digit code, push the reset button with a tool until you hear a click then release the button. Set your chosen3-digit code, then slide the release button in the direction of the arrow. The process is complete when you hear a click and the reset button pops up.
