Unreliable
I brought this after coming out of hospital for my partner. She used it the first few times and it seemed to be very good and convenient to be hands free. After the first few days she quickly realised that the pump wasn’t working properly, not draining properly and was just wasting her time. Unfortunately for us it’s unreliable and no good.

Repeatable Faults in overpriced tool
For £200 I would expect the utmost quality. However, the device on 2 occasions broke within 1 day of use. The tube that comes with the device snaps at the connection point as it is very weak. I've taken to super glueing and taping it in order to make it work. I would avoid this brand as they supply the same tube with all of their SKUs

Easy to use
I was using the Madela hand pump initially then got the swing - love it! So easy to use and expresses a good amount. Wouldn't say the cups fit in my usual nursing bra but good for expressing at home.

Not worth the money
The battery hangs down on a lanyard round yoyr neck. It is hazzardous and would be better with a waist strap. Otherwise it is fairly easy to work, not bad suction but not better than cheaper alternative. Needs charged after every use

Simply the best!
Hands down the best pump! Little to no effort to setup, very few parts for cleaning and the results are amazing. Able to pump 100ml in under 5 mins and pain free compared to others. Cannot recommend enough!

Works well but not first choice
I bought in a rush so purchased whichever electric double pump was in stock to collect. This is a good one although I don’t have another pump to compare the output with. I would prefer one without the tubes hooked to the machine. The machine on strap is not that light and easy to move around with. You cannot see into the cups that clearly do not easy to see if the nipple is placed in properly etc. if not adjusted very well it can leak out the bottom.

Great piece of equipment
I bought this to come out of hospital as a first time mum as I was having issues with breastfeeding but had a good milk supply. I got this after reading reviews and 2 weeks in I'm really happy with my purchase. I wanted a hands free kit after I realised how awkward it was using the pump I was using in hospital and because of the design there are no leaks, at long as you put the pump together properly. It's really easy to use and I find the Medela app simple to use too. The parts are easy to wash, the only thing is they need to be sterilised in the dishwasher or on the hob in boiling water once a day. We bought the medela microwave bags from Amazon that you can use to steam for 5 mins in the microwave but you need to be careful because I accidently melted a little bit of the plastic when using it. Overall a great buy and well worth the money.

Convient
I bought this a month ago. Great to pump on the go and both sides at once.

Very efficient and easy to clean/assemble
We bought this on the advice of our midwife and what a good purchase it was! it allows me to fully express in around 15 mins and once youve figured out positioning, hands free truly is hands free! The best part of it is the minimal bits to be washed and assembled - essential for half awake nighttime expressions! you can also just pump one side by fitting the other tube into the yellow connector on the suction tubing! Would highly recommend.

Pump
Have been using this pump for 3 weeks. So easy to wash with just 3 parts and very comfortable.
