One piece was missing
I bought this chair a month ago and it came one of important pieces is missing . So I called to argos team and they transfer me to the original company and the contact me and they sent it from 30th of June , but I didn't receive it until yet.

Waste of money, do not buy
I bought this chair in June 2023. The flimsy rods that hold the base together have all broken in the same way, so the chair is very unstable. XRocker don't even stock spare parts so I can repair it. Don't waste your money on this.
