However tightly it is fixed to the handlebars the phone tilts especially on rough tarmac surfaces. I was constantly readjusting it.

I bought this a month or so ago and i have absolutely no complaints it holds any size phone with absolutely 0% chance of it slipping out and the way it secures to the bike is amazing doesn't move at all and also has no chance of coming of the bike i did a durability test and i truly believe that if you buy this for your bike you will never need a new one. no complaints.

The Samsung S24 Ultra has a screen size of 6.8 inches so will not fit.

From the information we have available I don't know why this Rolson Super Stretchy Phone Holder shouldn't work on a shopping trolley handle as it is about the same thickness of a bikes handle bars and with its quick release silicon strap, you should able to fit and remove with ease.
