AMAZING!!!!

Love this machine , bit of a faff to connect to Internet but my son sorted it out in the end. This machine is impressive and has lots of great cycles. Even more impressive is it gives you food recipes from different countries in the app. The remote function is great and the auto dose works well also AI super wash is great if you want to weigh wash load and have the right amount of water needed for that load. The 12kg drum is a great size if you want to wash very large thick sofa throws without forcing them in. I've not tried the add wash if I've forgotten something so cannot comment on that. I like the glass touch screen on it it's very classy. The delivery was fantastic arrived on time and a pleasant friendly guy who installed it . I would recommend this machine best machine ive ever bought. One last thing the machine is quiet so another plus.

The Hisense 7S Series WF7S1247BB 12kg, 1400 Spin, AI Washing Machine with Touch Control is not just a washing machine—it's practically a new member of the family. First off, the touch screen control is like having a mini tablet on your washer. You scroll through cycles like you're swiping right on a dating app, pick the one you need, and it even gives you bonus settings for each. It's so user-friendly, even your grandma could use it without calling tech support. And the screen? It’s like the Swiss Army knife of displays—you can set the date, time, check the weather, and connect it to an app that can basically run the machine for you. It’s like having a washing assistant who never asks for a day off. The variety of wash cycles is mind-boggling. There's a cycle for jeans, shirts, bedding, and even a 15-minute speed wash for when you realize you forgot to do laundry and need clean clothes NOW. Then there's the AI Super Wash that weighs your clothes and decides the wash time, like a laundry guru. Each cycle has a weight limit listed, which is super handy unless you like guessing and living dangerously. And don’t even get me started on the options for each cycle! There's prewash, anti-crease (which practically eliminates ironing—hallelujah!), extra fabric softener, speed up the cycle, and more. I’m still discovering new features. This thing probably has a setting for washing your cat (just kidding, please don’t try that). The self-dosing system is a game-changer. You fill it with detergent and fabric softener, set your preferences, and it dispenses the perfect amount every time. Plus, it lets you know when it needs more, so no more playing Russian roulette with laundry detergent. You can also add detergent manually if you're a control freak. One of my favorite features is the energy monitoring. It shows you how much water and energy each cycle uses, which is great if you want to pretend you're saving the planet. Great machine, best ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is very impressive, I would say the best I have used. The set up is straight forward and easy, including setting up the WIFI connection and pairing with my mobile phone. This provides me with full access to the programme data, water usage, energy used and completion times, which is good to know for a busy household. The app also shows which part of the cycle the machine is in - weighing, washing, rinsing and spinning. The range of programmes, all with adjustable temperatures and spin levels, is great and gives the usual option plus so many extras like sportswear, power wash 39, mix and an option for drum clean, all showing the maximum weight that can be added. There is also an AI Superwash option which determines the length of wash required by its weight. Each programme can be paused mid-cycle to add more washing. The self dosing system is really good as you fill up the detergent and softener and the machine does the rest - no need to add every time. Additional features, accessed by a swipe down on the front panel, has options for switching the drum light and volume on/off. Also you can change the auto dosing levels and switch on the remote control function to control from your phone. Overall, I am extremely happy with this washing machine and I would add that all clothes that come out of it smell really good, no residual smells like previous machines.

Absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is absolutely amazing. It has so many settings that I thought I would need a degree to use it. Let’s start with the set-up, it has a touch screen control which is very easy to use, you just scroll through the cycles, click on the required one and it gives you additional settings for each. The layout of this is extremely user friendly as it gives you all of the options that best suit your washing. The screen has the option to set the date, time, weather and you can connect the washer to an app, which is very useful and easy to use. The app can control the washing machine and also has the “Washing Assist” facility to advise on the wash cycle to use. The wash cycle options are vast, there are your standard ones as well as specialised ones such as jeans, shirts, bedding, 15 minutes and there is an addition of an AI Super Wash that weighs the washing and chooses the correct wash time for the weight. A great feature is that for each cycle it states the maximum weight limit, which is really helpful when choosing the correct cycle. Each cycle has a new set of options like prewash, anti-crease (which is perfect for school shirts, I saved lots of ironing with that function!), add more fabric softener, make the cycle quicker and so many more that I am still exploring. The washer has a self-dosing system, which is just amazing! You fill the drawer with liquid detergent and fabric softener, set the standard desired amount and the cycle takes what is required, no need to fill for each wash, plus the machine lets you know when it needs to be topped up. You still have the option to manually add washing detergent and use the fabric softener self-dosing system, which is very handy. I like the energy monitoring feature as it keeps you informed of the amount of water and energy each cycle uses, although due to the size of the 12kg drum the number of washes I do has dramatically reduced, you can do so much more washing at once. The bedding cycle is great, as I have blankets and bedding to wash weekly and previously had to do a 3-hour cycle, whereas the bedding cycle is a little over an hour! I have used different cycles and changed options to make sure I could write as detailed a review as possible and every cycle has been perfect, the 15 minute cycle to freshen up clothes did just that, the bedding cycle was speedy and my bedding was nice and fresh, the anti-crease function saved me a lot of ironing time, the self-dosing feature is just amazing, the AI Super Wash is a game changer as it just does what is needed, the cotton or mix wash for a full 12kg load is so much shorter than I thought it would be, you can even stop the washing to add something you forgot to add (I’ve used this multiple times!). The little things that make it a great washing machine seem silly to comment on but I love them, like the drum light, the sounds when switched on/off or when the washing cycle has finished, the extras that you can add to the different cycles, having the app to control the machine and get updates, the countdown on the washing machine for each wash. All of these things just make it, by far, the best washing machine I have ever had, it is the perfect addition to any household.

Smart, practical and stylish washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, I can wash my clothes without having to manually add soap every time. This washing machine is very spacious, with a 12Kg capacity allowing you to wash many items at once, including duvets and blankets. It features a minimalistic and futuristic design, with a fully touchscreen display, including the power and play/pause buttons. The central dial allows for quick program selection, but I much prefer using the display. The internal light is a great addition! The soap tank holds 1 liter, and the fabric softener tank holds 0.5 liters. Thanks to the auto mode, the machine dispenses the right amount of soap, without wasting a drop, and I don’t have to add it manually for each wash. Soap can still be added manually for more intense or specific washes, but after 20 cycles, I’ve always been satisfied. The quick menu allows you to adjust the automatic soap amount based on how dirty the clothes are. There are many useful programs and options that make this washing machine very smart and customisable. For each wash, you can select extra options like prewash, extra rinse, steam sterilisation, UV light, and more. I find the feature to select the type of stain (grass, oil, wine, etc.) particularly clever, as it optimises the wash for perfect stain removal. The spin cycle is very effective, with selectable speeds up to 1400 RPM. Even with a large load at maximum speed, it’s fairly quiet! The drain pump is noisier than the spin itself. The washing machine also has smart functions for remote control. The app is well-made, and it’s convenient to receive a notification when the wash is done. You can select washes, decide on auto-dosing, monitor energy and water consumption and much more. It can also connect with a Hisense dryer to suggest the best drying program based on the wash cycle. Overall, it’s an excellent washing machine with a lot of customisations. My only complaint is the slow startup time compared to a non-smart washing machine, it takes about 15 seconds to become operational, I turn on before loading it. Other than that, we’ll see how it performs over time!
