They don’t cancel noise. At all. I have changed the ear bits and even at volume on the highest level I can still hear everything

Thanks for your question. You can customize the gesture controls on our JBL Tune Flex 2 via the JBL Headphones App. This includes adding volume control and assigning it to either the left or right earbud, whichever works best for you.
1 would want to use the JBL to listen to tv. Not a smartphone or tablet. From the answer recieved it indicates it does not have independent volume control. Can you adjust the volume when in use without involving another device. Thank you.
