Personi-Fi 3.0 tailors sound to your preferences with two ear tip modes, and the JBL Headphones app gives you full control over EQ and settings. Bluetooth 5.3 keeps your connection stable up to 10m, and multipoint pairing means you can switch between your laptop and mobile without reconnecting. The 12mm drivers deliver rich, detailed sound, and touch controls sit neatly on the side of each earbud. Google Fast Pair makes setup quick, and the earbuds charge fully in 2 hours via USB-C. Good quality budz
Got these as an upgrade to the jbl waveflex 2, more bassy, more noise cancellation, definitely an upgrade. I prefer these old style shaped buds as opposed to the round ones that go right inside your ear canal, so these were 1 of my only options, but they do the job perfectly so no complaints, I’m never going to spend over £100 on earbuds, so these are as good as I could get for that price range

Not comfortable for small ears
The headphones themselves seem fine but they didn't sit comfortably in my ears especially for long periods. My ears tend to be a bit small and even the non sealing tips (the absolute smallest ones) still didn't sit right.

Below my expectations From the brand
The case and the EarPods are too light, the design is difficult to get the EarPids out of the case, takes too long to connect, not easy to use as it doesn’t respond to the tapping promptly, the fall off my ear constantly. I almost regret buying them as a replacement for the more expensive fruit brand. I got them as I love my speakers (JBL) but really disappoint in any way including the sound quality.

Thanks for your question. You can customize the gesture controls on our JBL Tune Flex 2 via the JBL Headphones App. This includes adding volume control and assigning it to either the left or right earbud, whichever works best for you.
1 would want to use the JBL to listen to tv. Not a smartphone or tablet. From the answer recieved it indicates it does not have independent volume control. Can you adjust the volume when in use without involving another device. Thank you.
