Perfect!
This is a second tv for another room after purchasing the same one last year which I’m really pleased with. Makes sense as hubby has identical tv’s whichever room he’s in and can navigate them both (technophobic). Amazing picture and lots of extras to play around with. Haven’t set this one up yet though as it’s being wallmounted. Would recommend without a doubt.

Excellent all round great picture Very user friendly

User friendly.
The Sony Bravia 5 is Sony’s mid range offering which I decided to buy after my LG Oled gave up the ghost after just 6 yrs. I plumped for the Bravia 5 65 inch through a friends recommendation and going over countless reviews. Also I have had a Bravia 32 inch LED for near on 15 years and the picture on that is still remarkably clear. Bravia 5 aesthetically looks good, nice and slim and I might add extremely easy to mount for 2 people. . The set up was very easy and user friendly with no hassles. Picture is very clear and colours lifelike and not overly bright. Upscaling is awesome with 80 year old westerns amazingly clear and lifelike. Remote is easy to use and responsive. The other reason I opted for the Sony Bravia is because of the great build quality and Sony having put together something that feels it’s going to last. I could quite easily have spent less cash on an equivalent TV but you pay for what you get and the Bravia 5 oozes class in all aspects. The TV does everything it says on the tin and more. No complaints and could recommend.

I love my new tv, the picture is so clear with vivid colours and deep blacks and the sound through my sonos soundbar is excellent especially when watching 4k movies and blurays

POOR POWER
sound and image i cant find a fault with , however so far I have had BOTH internal boards replaced under warranty due to a fault where the tv wont turn on until its powered OFF at the wall and you can hear relays clicking , thefault is back yet again.

Happy for the price.
On the whole I am quite happy with it. Its a mid range product after all. Straight out of the box, settings were not to my liking at all , however I have managed to find some tweaks that improves that greatly. I can't quite get the flesh tones the way I like them on this TV. Sound , although not a very full Bass effect does work well for me . I have hearing loss and the general output seems to work well for my particular condition ( voice problems) Previous, was an LG OLED which degraded to a point it was unwatchable. Screen burn was a major issue and along with the suitable sound the promise of no screen degradation was the big factor in choosing this set. I think it's a good purchase for the money (building a complete media wall within a budget). The apps and remote controls work smoothly, especially when you adjust to it. I would definitely consider buying Sony again, although I would probably look a little further up the product range next time. Btw ,it's pretty bright when you want it to be.

Great first impressions
Only had this a couple of weeks, so early days. We've been able to pretty much customise this to what we want very easily. Picture quality is first rate. Being mini LED these are prone to not display black perfectly, we've not notice any problem on that score. It can take a while to start up after a power up but once on very pleased with the model.

It's almost great but could have been there.
The TV is nice but the support for 3rd party apps like ITVX is limited. And customer support to resolved this could have been better. Thanks.

Good Sony Bravia TV
It's a good tv, it sync quite well with my PS5 console. I can power on the console from the TV which is fantastic. The sound output is also fantastic.
