About this product
Control light and mood with this wooden venetian blind featuring simple tilt control using a wand. Made from basswood, it resists warping even in high heat or moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens. The 25mm slats adjust smoothly to let in as much or as little daylight as you need, whether settling in for a film or waking with soft morning light. The automatic safety lock keeps it secure, and removable slats make cleaning easy. It fits inside or outside your window recess or mounts to the wall, with all fixtures and fittings included.
The wand control makes adjusting the slats quick and easy without needing to handle cords or chains. It's wipe clean, so you can keep it looking fresh with minimal effort. The blind has been tested to meet 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120, giving you peace of mind. It comes with a child safety cleat, and it's backed by a one-year guarantee from the manufacturer. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

Customers Say
These wooden venetian blinds offer good value, easy fitting, and a nice appearance. Some find them slightly flimsy or light-filtering rather than blackout. Velcro for pelmet is weak; trimming requires care.

Not wooden, more plastic coated lightweight ply?
Hard to believe this is wood. Plastic coated something, but not like normal wooden blinds. They don't block out the sunlight as I wanted. My other heavy quality wooden blinds (bought elsewhere) act like shutters. These blinds are thinner, more light filtering. The strip cover to hide the cord pulleys is stuck on with double sided velcro, keeps falling off in the heat as the glue melts. Okay for a Utility room but I do not recommend for a lounge, or any hot window.

Great blind
Great blinds, we bought two for our kitchen. Quick order and delivery. Easy to put up. We took some of the slats out for length, easy to do.

Nice blind!
Ordering the white basswood 25mm blind was easy as usual. Did via the app - not available to collect, home delivery from company only. Delivery said within 5 days from company but it arrived in 2 so was very impressed. It’s a lovely blind, the white is quite a nice bright white, fits the window well although I had to remove some slats (13 of them) which I knew I’d have when buying it due to drop size. But it was ok and very easy to do albeit a little fiddly. As some reviews have mentioned it could do with an extra bracket in the middle as I’d think if I’d used all the slats it would bow slightly in the middle as it is fairly heavy….. needed 2 people to put up. It comes with an extra slat to cover the top brackets - is he’d on with Velcro and it’s not very sticky as such and kept falling off so have left it down. It still looks ok without it so for me it’s not a problem. Overall it’s a very nice blind for the price, slightly flimsy but it’s fine for where I have it in the kitchen - so far it’s good, not been up long so time will tell how it wears etc.

Just as advertised
Very happy with blinds and quick delivery. Only complaint is that extra slat included is much wider than slats on the blinds is of no use.

Good quality
The blind is of good quality and looks great. Only down side is that the rod to turn the slats is too short for me to reach, should have paid more attention to the product picture
