Fitted and look good
All the blinds (three) fitted fine a bit fiddly to take out the surplus slats but got there in the end . the only problem we had was the self adhesive Velcro that fixes the pelmet came unstuck twice on two blinds so if they come unstuck again am going to have to find an alternative fixing solution. Overall look nice and operate well.

Overall good price for what you get
Pretty easy to install, but adjusting the length if your window is smaller than the drop amount was very fiddly and awkward, instructions very vague. Also had some missing parts like the Velcro to fix the valance

Nice blind, great quality apart from top cover
Really nice blind and slats and tapes and overall blind feels good quality. The valance cover for the top section really lets it down though as you have to screw the bracket on yourself to form the corners and they match up quite badly so look naff, then literally hang it on the top of the blind so it’s not secure at all. Could have been a better design for this bit. Other than that I’m happy with it.

These are designed to help control the amount of sunlight entering a room. With its tilt control feature, you can adjust the slats to allow more or less light in, making it effective for managing sunlight. Although when fully tilted it will block most of the sunlight, some light can still filter through the slats.

Hello Heather. Our suppliers have advised that the Little Black Book 50mm Venetian Blind is not trimmable to size. Slats can be removed to reduce the length the width cannot be altered.

The width of the blind is 170cm it would depend on the width of your frame for the window as it may not be wide enough for your window.

This will depend if you are fitting inside or outside of the recess. It is not recommended to cut the width of the blind. If you're measuring for venetian blinds inside the recess, you need to reduce the width by 1cm so a 170cm width may be best. If you are measuring outside the recess, you should add a few centimetres on the width measurement to give you a good amount of overlap with the wall to prevent unwanted light coming in.
