About this product
The Kensington 2-door 1-drawer wardrobe keeps your bedroom organised and gives you proper storage for everything you need to hang. There's a full-height hanging rail that holds up to 12 kilogrammes, so you can store dresses, suits and coats without folding them. A smooth-glide drawer underneath sorts smaller items, and the two-door design gives you easy access. The ivory finish with oak-effect top brings a traditional country-style look that works with classic bedroom furniture.
The metal handles feel solid and make opening the doors straightforward, while metal drawer runners keep things gliding smoothly through daily use. Wall-mounting is required for safety and stability, with all fixings included. The decorative plinth wraps around the base for a finished look. Great Wardrobe
I bought this wardrobe a few weeks and i am very happy with it. Its easy to assemble but you must take great care because some of the parts are quite fragile. However once its put together its very sturdy. I didn't use the rail that was supplied instead opting to buy two much stronger rails. With these fitted you double the storage capacity of the wardrobe. I also replaced the handles with nicer stronger ones. All in all i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this wardrobe and all I can it is very poorly made, my dad started putting it together and when he moved it slightly, it collapsed and piece of chip board started flicking all over the place. Would certainly not recommend.

Looks a bit cheap
Quite easy to assemble and the carcass is sturdy. However the doors look a bit cheap and let the whole look down.

Cheap to buy but the quality is also cheap.
Putting it together, some pre-drilled holes which I put the supplied metal dowels in just crumbled. Made of chipboard of poor quality. I had to fix two brackets inside to keep together. and used a wide bracket (not the ones supplied) to fix it to the wall. It is now stable, but I would not recommend buying this poor quality product. It is better to pay more for a solid product.

Happy with our Kensington wardrobe did purchase the bedside cabinets 5 years ago after we were flooded and loved the look and quality so chose the wardrobe and delighted me did probably need another one.

Quality item
I had already purchased the 3 Drawer wardrobe for another bedroom, i was so impressed with the quality of it, that I bought the 1 drawer wardrobe option for my daughters room. So easy to put together with all drilled holes matching up perfectly with screws, nothing wrong at all. Wardrobe is a lovely size and the large drawer at the bottom is very useful . Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality item.

I have checked and the rail for the Argos Home Kensington 2Dr 1Drw Wardrobe - Oak Effect & Ivory, is fixed. The holes are pre drilled and there are not extra ones to change the height.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know
The drawer on this unit is secured with 2 small machine screws.
By removing these screws you can slide the drawer out.

Online the wardrobe is Soft Grey / Oak Effect. On the pictures the item is shown in different lighting whoch can sometimes show it as a different colour.
