Can't reverse the way the door opens
I bought this particular model because the door is supposedly reversible, however the instructions for doing this (which I was only able to find online) illustrate a part, the lower support for the door hinge, which isn't the same as the one actually fitted. The one actually in place does not seem adjustable to allow for opening on the other side. Hoover customer service have been useless at resolving this.
