I bought this watch a few weeks ago and it is a good product, especially for a tenner. Does everything you need, tracks your steps and I would say its very accurate but the calorie counting will be a bit over exaggerated but there is a good amount of features, you can control your music in your headphones but also from the watch which is good for listening to music undercover at work. Good range of exercises already on the device which times them from when you started and counts calories burnt but it does over exaggera.

Our smartwatches uses multi axis inertial sensors called accelerometers, these detect wrist movement and the walking motion to measure step count.
Please use the step count as a guide only, When completing activities such as cleaning, driving, pushing a pushchair, holding a pet’s lead, or using walking aids, this may or may not detect steps as a natural walking motion is not being detected.
