Frustrated
I've struggled really hard to get hdr oled quality and have been going round in circles, i cannot seem to find display settings to activate hdmi deep colour, i had fantastic quality for one day for the set to revert to poor quality the next day, maybe I'll get there but I'll just keep trying

Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the Samsung q70r QLED, this is a huge leap/improvement. Images are crisp, feature heavy and completely game changing to watch on OLED with perfect contrasts. The only gripe is I wish the controller had backlight 10/10

Amazing TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for the quality picture but have been very impressed with the amount of online and interactive features. The voice activation is cool and the integrated AI is useful for the way the world is going. I love it.

Good potential
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Struggling to get sharp picture when watching football. Sports setting is way too green and not sharp. Out of the box settings not ideal.

Reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had four LG tv's over the years, they have all given me, reliability and enjoyment, This particular TV was so easy to fit and tune in it mostly did it itself, I wouldn't change for anything else.

Great product, poor website.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Very pleased with unit itself. Set up simple enough but all on power up. Some form of detailed explanation of where to connect Sky box and other connections would have been nice. Thank heavens for the internet. Purchase was not smooth using L.G. website. I believe they were having tech. difficulties. Tried to join and enrol, it kept sending e.mail responses then informing me my address was not valid. Soundbar offer could not be accepted and kept crashing page. In the end i purchased the TV and left the offer. There was no other way to make the sale happen.

Astonishing pictures; good sound, & complex menu
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model because it was highly rated by Which?, to replace a TV that was 9 years old. The picture quality is the really stand-out thing compared to the TV I'm replacing: it's exceptional, vivid, and the blacks are true black. The TV definitely warrants a 5 star for picture quality. The sound is fine, it's clear and I've no complaints about the depth or bass. We don't have a soundbar, and I don't feel a need to get one. The only reason I scored the TV 4 stars rather than 5, are the menus and to some extent, the magic remote. I'm definitely tech savvy, but it's taken me a few days to find my way around fundamental functions on the TV (e.g. I found it easier to set up "favourite channels", but then it took another couple of days to figure out how to actually access "favourites"). I like the pointer on the Magic Remote, which definitely makes things easier, but the remote is let down by a very simple design flaw: both the "volume up/down" and the "channel up/down" buttons are pure black rubber. There is no visual marking on the buttons, so it's hard to see which is which. I know I'll get used to is, but in the meantime I've actually put a dab of white paint on the +/- and up/down symbols so that they are visible. The menu itself is cluttered, and there doesn't seem to be a way of hiding some the channels (e.g. I've no need for the LG channel at present, and we don't subscribe to channels like Disney, so those apps don't need to be visible on my list ... but they are, and they make it look cluttered. Overall, this is a BRILLIANT TV, and if you can put up with a cluttered menu, an overly-complex system for watching TV, and a good but imperfect remote, then I would recommend this.

First OLED TV. Wow
This is my first ever OLED TV and I love it. The colors are incredibly vibrant and the blacks are BLACK. It’s weird to get used to transitions in games or films where it’s a blank screen - it looks like the TV is off. Certain games on my base PS5 can be played at 120 FPS which looks insanely good. I have nothing bad to say about this TV, it’s amazing.
