Great radio
Upgraded from the Petite I didn’t want a large radio this sits well, great brand and quality build. I wasn’t sure about not having a built in rechargeable battery but the ability to use 4 x AA rechargeable Duracells was the decision clincher for me, they recharge in the radio or external charger, plenty of hours use on a set of batteries. Highly recommend Roberts and this radio.

Smaller than I envisaged but neat, easy to carry round, clear instructions, easy to set up. Very suitable for an elderly friend who needed to replace a Roberts radio bought in the 1960's.

I have had this Uno since Christmas and find it well made, good looking and sounds great. In fact, having owned many radios over the years, I don't think I have had such a small one that sounds so good. It has separate bass and treble controls, along with neat features like a sleep timer, perfect for not having the radio on all night after I have drifted off. Reception is good on both FM and DAB+. I purchased the travel pouch so I can keep it protected whilst travelling. It's good quality and stops the grille getting scratched or the leather effect casing getting scuffed. If you love radio as much as I do you'll love the Uno!

Great radio
Have been looking for a radio for some time and, after much research, settled for this one. So glad I did. The size makes it very portable and the sound quality is much better than expected. Very happy.

The radio will recharge NiMH rechargeable batteries. N.B. I believe there is a switch inside the battery compartment that needs to be set depending on whether you are using NiMH rechargeable batteries or non-rechargeable batteries such as alkaline.
