This Aspire Linen Ottoman Bed helps you organise your bedroom by storing spare bedding, luggage and seasonal items under the mattress base. The side-lift opening reveals a spacious compartment lined with fabric to protect your belongings from dust. Upholstered in a textured fabric with a linen appearance, it includes a buttoned headboard and matching footboard with silver feet. Slats provide gentle, even support for your mattress, and the steel frame keeps everything stable through daily use.
The ottoman opens from the left or right side, whichever suits your bedroom layout best. The lift mechanism supports the mattress base as you open it, so there's no heavy lifting involved. Silver feet add a neat finishing touch and lift the frame slightly off the floor for easier cleaning underneath. Supplied for home assembly with all fixings included, two people recommended. Product Dimensions incorrect on website
We ordered this bedframe based on the measurements on the website as it had to fit a certain width in our room. When received, we unpacked all the pieces ready to assemble. We put the headboard in place and found it was far too wide for the space. We measured again and the bed is 5cm wider than stated on the product specifications. I called Argos who said we should order another brand instead. They did eventually arrange for the incorrect sized bed to be collected, but it took several weeks to receive a refund (and having to chase the status). I advised customer service of the incorrect measurements on their website and was advised this would be changed. However, it is still stating 162cm width when it is in fact 167cm. If you are restricted with space then please be cautious with this bed.

Nice bed with good looks
Good bed with easy installs. Some of the screws needed a drill, though can manage with some hard had screwing.

Nice bed
Only put this together yesterday but all the parts were there and the instructions were fine to follow. My only concern is the metal frame does not sit on the supports but went back over the instructions & all was followed correctly. Had to put some felt on the three crossover metal bars to stop the banging noise of the two pieces of metal coming together.

Have no fear when considering this purchase! I am usually reluctant to perchase anything which I havnt seen 'in the flesh'. But because of the price and previous reviews it was an easy decision and its turned out to be one of my best recently. The delivery was prompt, the driver very polite and the bed was in undamaged condition. Relief! I am 76yrs old and come from an era when MFI was 'king'. I belong to a rare group of individuals who actually enjoy DIY and building furniture. You can therefore trust me whe I say that this Ottoman is decent quality and straight forward to build. The instructions are cristal clear and all the components are good quality with nothing missing! I built it on my own taking 2hrs and enjoying every minute. The bed raises and lowers with ease and is silent and solid when I turn over during the night. I would recomment it to anyone.
