The Aspire Ottoman Bed with Mattress helps organise your bedroom by providing a comfortable sleeping surface and hidden storage in a single frame. The lift-up base reveals deep under-bed space with a fabric-lined interior, so you can store spare bedding, clothes or anything else you need out of sight. A built-in mechanism raises the base smoothly without heavy lifting. I bought this bed about 2 weeks ago, as a guest bed for the price it seems ok, it has only been slept in once so far and was classed as quite comfortable. The problem is fitting it together, I have fitted many flat pack units together in my time and can honestly say this is the worst I have come across. The instructions are an absolute waste of time and the utube videos not much better. When you do eventually get it together and go to fit the feet there are no guide holes and need to make your own. Make sure you have your own tools as the ones supplied are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

We bought this bed and mattress via Groupon and are pleased that we did as for the price it’s very comfortable and handy to store underneath. The only issues we had were that it wasn’t advertised that it was a self build so we were a bit surprised when it arrived and unfortunately the measurements were for the bed base and not the headboard (being the widest part) so it didn’t fit the original gap between our fitted wardrobes but after some tweaking we were able to make it fit. The bed and base are very sturdy the only negative is that we found the black sheeting provided to go beneath the base was a waste of time and haven’t used it, but we’re still able to store plenty underneath it just means that it’s sitting on the floor which isn’t a problem.

Brilliant Bed!
Had been looking for an under bed storage bed for a while, came across this one and loved how it looked. Delivery went so well and they even helped my husband with it upstairs. Assembly was smooth, would recommend watching the video first, it makes the picture instructions a bit more understandable but easy to follow and can rewatch if unsure. We got the lighter one and it’s a lovely colour and material is good quality! I did get the mattress as well and it does the job but do think we’ll be looking to get a slightly larger one as it moves down a tad. Not a negative just a personal preference.
