It is cooling but kind of warms up with you so not really worth the money.

Amazing Cooling Blanket
I absolutely love this cooling blanket. One side of it, the silver side has a cooling effect and the other side is like a regular blanket. The quality is good and it has definitely helped with hot flushes during the night. It is easily washable and dries pretty quickly. The only negative I can think of is I wish it was slightly larger, however I would highly recommend this blanket and wish I had bought one earlier.

Perfect for Hot Summer Nights!
This cooling blanket has been brilliant during the hot nights we've had recently! It's much cooler than my usual duvet but still warmer than just using a sheet, so it's the perfect in-between for summer. It feels really well made and comfortable to sleep under. The only slight downside is the grey colour—it doesn’t quite match my bedroom décor. But no biggie as I just pop a duvet cover over it and it works perfectly (problem solved, lol!). I also love that it's machine washable, which is super handy for the warmer months when you want everything fresh and clean more often. Overall, I'm really happy with it. Roll on the summer—I'm ready! Thank you!

This would be especially alluring to those ladies of a certain age who suffer from night sweats. Trust me I’m one of them. The light but weighted composition of the blanket enables cooling down paired with the weighted aspect which offers a mindful sleep and aids in alleviating anxiety. The material is cool to touch and feels like a light caress on one side and a breathable Jersey cotton on the other. The size is just about right and can easily be thrown in the washing machine for a freshen up. It measures L 178cm, W 152cm. It is of quality construction and holds up to its high standards after washing. I believe this cooling blanket will be of great use to anyone who struggles with the heat when sleeping. I therefore recommend the Silentnight Lightweight cooling blanket.

Really good lightweight cooling blanket
I was actually surprised how effective this lightweight cooling blanket was. I’m at “that age” where I get so hot in the night but my duvet is to hot but still need something on me to sleep, this blanket really helped and really worked! It’s lightweight but feels enough weight on you, it’s definitely cooling and quite cool to the touch. I slept so much better. It’s plenty big enough for one person too. Lovely soft feeling.

My partner has brought this for me. this was given to me to support me with menopause It was lightweight and when I overheated it cooled me down. It was cool to touch and provided me for instant heat relief.

Really helps on warm nights.
Extremeley effective and comfortable. I struggle to sleep without a blanket covering me but get too hot on warm nights so this has been perfect in the recent hot weather. It feels lovely and instantly cools when you put it over you. Great product!
