This little bear is for me - it’s super cute, soft and cuddly. And when you need to, you can warm it up in the microwave. The instructions are clear to follow, as are any warnings, and also the cleaning instructions. I haven’t heated mine yet - so cannot advise on that part. So I can only give 1 star as I truthfully do not know its effectiveness - but I think and hope, it will all be lovely! It’s just a very cute teddy 💝 and is a decent size🫶
