Medium to firm comfy mattress
Easy to take upstairs and opened up to expand and air before using mattress to sleep on. Easy to order, delivered by two pleasant people. Liked the idea of being sent a delivery code, so delivery to the correct address and person correct.

Very comfy mattress
Only been sleeping on it for a week or so but so far so good. I'm a side, back, and sometimes front sleeper and it feels comfy whatever position I'm in. I tend to prefer my mattresses on the firmer side. I'd say it's just right, firm enough to feel supported and aligned but not too firm. The only criticism I'd make is that I had to leave it on it's own in a room for about 5 days after it had been opened out because it had such a strong and chemical-like smell, which I wasn't expecting from this company. Whenever I went in that room I'd try not to breathe and when I did I'd cough! But the strong smell went after about 5 days.

Bought for my son's new bedroom
It takes about 3-5 days to completely fill out following delivery in vacuum pack. It is much more comfortable now but sadly still smells very chemically and not entirely comfortable with this for my child. Didn't have a good experience with delivery company used.

When I first got the mattress it took a few days to get used to so I was concerned I wouldn’t like it. I was wrong! It’s exactly the right level of firm for me and even in really warm weather it stays cool and fresh a total game changer for my sleep. I would recommend this mattress the quality and sleep experience is outstanding I’m literally floating on clouds.

So delighted with our new mattress. It feels like sleeping in a luxury hotel every night I actually look forward to going to bed. It is just firm enough and I am not disturbed by my husband's restless legs and bladder! Am totally delighted....thank you Panda x

Purchased this to replace a seven year old casper that was just starting to dip. I've had this one three months and it is starting to feel a little bit like the one i replaced already. It may not get worse and it is early days but it is concerning as it was a lot more money than others i was considering. It is firm. I like it but side sleepers might find it a little too hard on the arms and shoulders. Temperature control is impressive. It's very comfortable for both a hot and a cold sleeper all through the night. This is the main reason i'm going to cross my fingers and not return it.

Love my new mattress
The hybrid mattress is firm without being hard and is a delight to sleep on. I love going to bed at night just for the joy of lying on a mattress that is comfy but not soft and squidgy, it provides great support and feels lovely! Very happy with my purchase.
