Good quality product
Chose this product as a replacement for earlier model that was continuously faulty so far so good with this Iron heavy enough to work with and plenty of steam even though seems a bit weird not having temperature control always seems to have right amount of steam for whatever fabric I'm ironing very clever only slight negative is that you need to replenish the water reservoir a lot but the results are good very pleased so far

Azure iron
I will give a 4 stars because not really good on black clothes, leave some grey trace Otherwise the product is something stress free and no worries at all that your clothes will burn if you don’t set at the right temperature

Doesn't last long
It only lasted 1 year , now it's leaking and the lights stopped working so I don't know what setting it's on and the yellow box doesn't stay in and keeps popping out , and the steam comes out of where the yellow box is not where it supposed be coming out ,

Poor quality product with short life
My second Azur 8000 is not heating up after the automatic switch off. The first Azur 8000 lasted 9 months and then leaked through the plate and could not be repaired. Despite the reviews and in theory this appearing to be the right iron for me, I would not buy another.

The just is out on this one
The main reason I bought this iron was because I had owned an an Azur iron with an early version of OptimalTemp and was very impressed with it. After a few years of faithful service the spray button stopped working so I decided to get the update. I was therefore a little disappointed to discover that the one thing I was missing from my old iron has actually been totally eliminated from the new model. Not sure this was a good idea, but let’s wait and see. Next we get to the bit when you have done your ironing and want to put it away neatly!!! Has anyone managed to put the cord away tidily on this iron? If you have succeeded, please let me know how!

Not worth it
Bought this after reading all the reviews and I’m very disappointed. It leaks water every time and scorches woollen items. I bought this expensive iron to try and avoid these issues. I expect it from cheaper steam irons but this is no better, worse in my opinion. Don’t waste your money

Thought I got it right with this iron
This iron is fantastic if it didn’t leak !!! 6 months after I bought it. Now waiting for Philips to replace or repair. Just hoping this doesn’t happen again.

An incredible iron
I have been using the Philips Azur 8000 Series DST8020/26 steam iron for a few months now, and my impressions are simply incredible! This is not only a stylish but also an extremely convenient iron. It automatically adjusts the temperature, so you don’t have to worry about choosing the right setting for different fabrics – just turn it on, and you can work without any extra concerns. I am very pleased with the long cord – this is a significant plus since many other irons have cords that are too short, which complicates the process. Without a doubt, I give this iron 5 stars! I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and reliable ironing appliance!

Great product.
Been using it for nearly 3 years and transitioning between fabric is brilliant. That been said. The iron won't work dry. If you ever need to dry iron, it won't work.. for winter after dryer sometime I prefer a dry iron and it doesn't work, hence uses a different iron during colder months.
