LG QNED87A features webOS, LG's smart platform, which hosts a huge variety of streaming services, while making browsing and searching for what to watch hassle-free. Controlled with the AI Magic Remote, and opens up a world of information and assistance through a variety of AI-driven services.

Everything worked perfectly as soon as it was plugged in for the first time. As with most TVs, needs a soundbar for better sound quality.

Great picture quality with bright, vibrant colours and excellent clarity thanks to the MiniLED display. Gaming is smooth and responsive, and the smart features are fast and easy to use. Sound is decent but even better with a soundbar. Overall, a very solid premium TV from LG and great value for a 65-inch MiniLED model.

The usual great product let down by poor software
The usual, great product let down by poor software. The picture and sound is excellent. The remote wheel is too small and really awkward (set too deep) for the elderly to operate. The need for an account at start up is a superflouse and unnecessary. The UI and options menus is poorly configured. Configuration of the buttons on the bottom is not possible and there is not ability to setup up the green button to enable disable subtitles. The home screen is a mess and not configurable so ur stuck looking at LG bloat ware and the icons for YOUR APPs YOU want small in out the way. Changing and configuring the tv guide is worse than on the c9 which is 7 years old!!! Realy the ui needs simplifying, elevating the options that u want and berrying those that are , i.e. record or subtitles on/off and burying those that are first time set up only....

Great picture, integrates with my Sonos soundbar.
