5 year shelf life max, peeling non-stick all over
We have had these pans for just 5 years (they were a wedding gift: stock pot, three frying pans, wok and 3 saucepans - the whole lot!) and the non stick coating is peeling off the rims of the pots massively - the metal on the lids is wearing/shredding the non-stick off, we noticed it about 8 months ago on one pan and now they are all doing it. The coating is shedding off the outside of the pans as well - theyre just bare aluminium in large patches, and although the insides of the pans arent peeling - the frying pans are no longer non stick. Awful, dangerous even to have the coating literally peeling off into your food. Don't expect any kind of longevity out of them, IMO five years shelf live is NOT eco friendly at all.

Dented pan and loose handles ?.
After complaining prestige via the phone and obtaining a complaint number prestige responded brilliantly by sending out another set ,no dents handles solid lid handles not loose and lined up with the handles on every saucepan ,more like the prestige quality I’m use to , A much better set of pans ,a happy customer.

Large saucepan came dented two saucepans had loose handles had retighten them non of the saucepan lid handles lined up with the pan handles , ongoing complaint ?, not the usual Standard expect from prestige a waiting outcome of complaint ?.

Misleading
I feel the marketing on this product is misleading. I specifically emailed when I bought these to find out if they contain PFOAs and PTFEs and was told they do not. Now I have found out they do contain PTFEs. I feel really cheated and misled as this was the sole reason I chose these pans. They have also badly chipped and the coating has peeled off in many places.

Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted something more eco friendly and healthier to use, however I returned it after finding out there do still contain some plastic. Just want cookware that is plastic free & feel that it should be easier to find & also that people should label these things more clearly. It’s good that they’ve reduced the unhealthy components but the fact that wasn’t mentioned anywhere feels disingenuous & it makes shopping really exhausting.
