POOR BATTERY LIFE
Camera itself is okay but the recommended batteries supposedly have a two year usage ( dependent on camera settings) don’t last long. We haven’t had the camera a year yet but have used 4 years usage of batteries - not great!!

Changes by Blink reduces functionality and appeal.
The system and cameras are decent, however Blink’s decision to remove the ability to store footage to an SD card in the sync module was a terrible decision. Forcing customers into the subscription model has taken away one of the most appealing features from this security system. Corporate greed over customer consideration can be the only reason.

Our suppliers have confirmed that the power cable included with the Blink Outdoor 4 HD Smart Security Camera System (Pack of 1) is designed to power the Sync Module that comes with the camera.
If continuous power for the camera itself is preferred instead of using batteries, a weather‑resistant USB‑C power adapter can be purchased separately.”

Each module can support up to ten cameras and each system can take ten modules equals 100 cameras per system. I asked Blink Customer Service and this was their reply.
