Brilliant does just what it says
I have now had this quilt on for nearly a week and I must admit that I do not get so hot as I did with the 10.5 tog I think that because its light in weight and has allergen reduction qualities it has also helped my asthma.

excellent 7.5 anti-allergy duvet. Not as spongy and a better material. Great if you find bigger togs too hot through the winter.

Great for the price
Nice warm light weight duvet. It isn't as great as my usual Ikea duvet I buy on repeat but that is more than double the price so is expected. The only con is it clings to the duvet cover when your trying to put it in whereas my usual duvet is very quick to do and never moves about inside this you have to shake quite a bit to get it all nice and flat. But I needed a cheap duvet replacement quickly.
