Happy with our budget Samsung Soundbar
VFM soundbar. Simple set up. Used a pre owned optical cable to establish link with TV. Sound output is of reasonable quality and is much improved compared with that achieved from the inbuilt Samsung TV speakers. As per usual we have set the bass output at midpoint level and find that perfectly acceptable. We like the non intrusive compact design

Good sound...
Really good at filling our small living room with sound. As one who wears hearing aids, the difference is very clear between normal TV and sound bar. Watching films on TV is now a joy and not a strain to hear it. (Just remember that you'll need to buy a lead from TV to sound bar if your TV is old and doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity).

Thought it was time to buy a new TV. Looked around and found a good deal with Argos. Bought same make as old one and was not disappointed. Also bought a sound bar to go with it which helps when you are getting on in years! Better picture than old set and lots of useful apps.
