About this product
Control the light and mood in your room with this wooden venetian blind that features easy tilt control. The wand adjusts the slats to let in as much or as little daylight as you need, so you can create the perfect atmosphere for working, relaxing or watching films. It's crafted from basswood, which is strong and warp-resistant, making it ideal for rooms with high heat or moisture like kitchens and bathrooms. The blind comes with all fixtures and fittings included, so you've got everything you need to install it inside or outside your window recess or straight onto the wall.
The automatic safety lock keeps the blind secure, while removable slats make adjustments and cleaning easy. It's wipe-clean, so maintenance is quick and hassle-free. Tested to meet 2014 blind safety standards, it includes a child safety cleat for added peace of mind. Backed by a one-year manufacturer's guarantee, clear instructions guide you through setup. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

Average
Very average blind, poor quality fixtures. Everything just slightly below expectations. Shift mechanism to raise blinds doesn’t work.

Good quality blinds
Bought these blinds a month ago and so far so good - Easy to put up (granted I only watched my partner put them up) but looked easy enough. Good quality for the proce and we are happy with the feel it has given our dining area. We haven't altered them to size yet at the bottom, potentially will but even without that alteration they look good.

Hello Claire,

As the wood slats are coated with clear varnish on the surface, they cannot be stained.

Hello Womble.
Little Black Book Basswood Natura 50mm Venetian Blind - 60cm:
It is possible to cut the blind down in width using a hacksaw for the metal headrail and a fine‑tooth saw for the slats. However, it’s a tricky and time‑consuming job and not easy to do neatly, so it’s not something we would recommend.
Thank you for using Q & A.
