Great portable unit
I bought this item 3 weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. I live in a top floor flat and it has been great at cooling the rooms down and getting me through the heatwave. It's easy to wheel from room to room, if required. My only negative is it's quite noisy but it's a small price to pay and I still managed to fall asleep with it on.

Good value for money
We have had this unit for a few weeks now. However, we have only used the cooling function on it due to the time of year. It was easy to set up and move around out flat. It is a little bit noisy but it cools down the room quickly.

Neat little unit
Neat and compact machine. Quite noisy but no worse than my normal fan on full. Wish the hose on these machines was a bit thinner as they are very cumbersome. I’m in a small flat with swing windows and French doors, so quite difficult to fit the hose. I have managed to source an extension with a flatter end to hopefully fit the window better. I would say a perfect unit if you have sash windows.

Don’t waste your time
Really disappointed with the performance to the point whereby we sent it back. Had it in a small room and left it on for 4 hours - took the time to ensure it was installed correctly - identical room was the exact same temperature so it effectively did nothing. Save your time and do not purchase.

Working amazing in this may heatwave actually got a bit to cold have to turn it down rather than off though otherwise the room is back up in heat. Game changer Lou's but I will take that over the heat anyday
