The TV itself is very good and I am happy with the picture quality and overall performance. However, the purchasing process was far more difficult than it should have been. I experienced repeated payment problems online when trying to use accepted payment methods and eventually had to complete the purchase in a different way than originally intended. While I am pleased with the product itself, the overall buying experience has unfortunately made me hesitant about ordering from Argos again in future.
