Great TV, flawed design
The picture quality is great as is the menu system which is fast and easily able to switch betwwen inputs such as youtube and netflix with minimum lag. There is no optical connection so had to buy a whole new soundbar as a result. On top of that the HDMI ARC input is on the side of the tv meaning that any firestick or streaming device has to be connected at the bqck however if you have wall mounted the tv flush to the wall then there is no space for it. So had to buy right angled HDMI connectors in addition to the new soundbar to solve this. The shape of the TV has a large bulge at the back which makes getting it mounted flush to the wall complicated. I have mine as close as it can get yet i can still comfortably fit my entire fist in the gap which is not ideal

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 65 Inch UE65U7000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV: the Samsung TV model UE43RU7020 is from 2019, while the UE65U7000FK is from 2025. They have different part numbers for their power leads, which means they are not interchangeable.

I can confirm that the Samsung 65 Inch UE65U7000FK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV does not allow Pausing or Fast Forwarding on Freeview channels. You are able to Pause live TV on certain catch up apps, such as BBC iPlayer or ITVX.
