"For clarity, the QE65QEF1AU only requires an aerial if the customer intends to use the built?in Freeview tuner to watch live terrestrial TV, or to pause, record or replay broadcast channels via USB.
If the TV is being used for streaming services (such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix or YouTube), or with external devices connected via HDMI (for example Sky, Virgin, games consoles or Blu?ray players), an aerial is not required."
