Hi Shaz.
Nuby Rapid Bottle Cool Twin Pack
The digital lid should be cleaned in warm, soapy water. After cleaning, the lid should be sterilised by UV sterilisation or cold-water sterilisation - for cold-water sterilisation, please follow manufacturer's instructions.
You can sterilise the base via UV sterilisation, cold water sterilisation or steam sterilisation. Never steam sterilise in a microwave.
Thanks for using Q and A.
Hello Kayla,

Thanks for using Q and A
Hey, I didnt make the milk directly in it so that I could use it more than once if out, I would, example of 5oz bottle would put 2oz of boiling water directly into babys bottle and then put 3oz into rapid cool, add formula to the 2oz in bottle, make sure dissolved in boiling water, then pour in the cooled 3oz from rapid cool, was a lifesaver not needing to constantly sterilise it! Hope this helps
Hello Aa,
The supplier has advised the following for the Nuby Rapid Botttle Cool Twin Pack:
“ We advise that the product should be sterilised after each use. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
The grey bottle keeps water hot for when you need to use it.
You add the hot water to the white bottle with the formula. I use another bottle to get the correct measurement but the bottle has markers on the inside.
The white bottle cools down the hot water so its the correct temperature for baby to drink. You simply screw the lid on and shake.
Once the lid goes green you pour the mixture into the babies bottle and clean then sterilise the white bottle. Wait 3hrs before using again!
Hi Chan,
Having checked the manual it advises the following steps on how to use the Nuby Rapid Botttle Cool Twin Pack:
Fill your RapidCool with freshly boiled water, using the measuring markers inside the flask to match the bottle size your baby needs.
Add pre-measured formula powder to the freshly boiled water inside the RapidCool.
Attach the digital lid and ensure the amber light is displayed, indicating that the feed is still too warm.
Shake the RapidCool, turning the flask upside down to ensure the mixture touches the thermostat inside the digital lid.
In as little as 2 minutes*, the Nuby logo light will turn green, indicating the feed has cooled and is ready to serve.
Pour the cooled feed into a sterilised bottle and test the temperature on your wrist before feeding your baby.
I hope this helps.
