About this product
The Argos Home Devon Small Double End Slide Divan Bed gives you a comfortable place to sleep and practical storage in one complete set. It's built around an open coil spring unit with 264 springs that provides medium-firm support across the mattress, so you get consistent comfort from head to toe. The soft fillings add cushioning without using foam, while the damask cover with its pinstripe pattern and grey border keeps things looking neat. The divan base sits on chrome feet and includes two sliding doors at the foot of the bed for storing bedding, spare pillows, or seasonal clothes.
The mattress doesn't need turning, just rotate it regularly to even out wear over time. The divan base arrives in two pieces for easier delivery and minimal assembly, two people recommended to get it set up. Chrome feet lift the base off the floor for easy cleaning underneath. The storage space behind the sliding doors runs the full width of the bed, giving you plenty of room without needing drawers that jut out. Maximum user weight 203kg, so it's built to handle everyday use. Manufacturer's one year guarantee included.
The divan base perfectly complements the mattress, with its smart design, durability and practicality. While also providing extra storage behind the 2 sliding doors.
Pair with our stylish range of matching headboards, to complete the perfect look - sold separately. Design of mattress fabrics may vary to images shown.

The divan bed is lovely however the mattress was awful, I have since had to buy another. You can feel the springs and is very thin

Stylish
I bought this bed for my dad and he absolutely loves it. It is comfortable, has plenty of storage and looks stylish. It was really easy to assemble too.

Not as strong as expected
Was light and easy to assemble, unfortunately one of the feet was unsuitable for use but we needed the bed immediately so could not send back for a replacement. Very sub-standard made, flimsy connection for beds to secure together (plastic push on clips underneath in the middle at bottom). Feels sturdy despite problems and mattress is very good to compensated the beds poor make.
