About this product
The Habitat Albers Steel Bed Frame gives you a practical place to sleep with a nod to mid-century style. It's tubular steel with a polished nickel finish, a durable metal that stands up to daily use and keeps its look over time. The streamlined design fits into most bedrooms without taking over. It'll hold a UK standard double mattress, so there's room for two people to sleep comfortably. The slatted base supports your mattress properly and lets air circulate underneath.
The plywood slats are spaced to give even support across the whole mattress. Plastic feet protect your floor from scratches and sit stable on carpet or hard surfaces. There's space underneath, so you can store boxes or bags out of sight or hoover without any awkward manoeuvring. It holds up to 220kg total user weight, that's plenty for two adults. Self-assembly required, two people recommended, all fixings and things are provided. Covered by the manufacturer's two-year guarantee.

Great item - assembly could be easier
Looks great, overall happy with the item now it’s built. Slats were much harder to put in than necessary Also I had a piece missing from my Item, the middle support rod wasn’t in either package and this added to the difficulty securing the slats.

Beautiful Bed Frame
Well packaged and easy to follow instructions. The bed is beautiful and was exactly what i’ve been looking for. Nice bit of space under the bed to store some slim boxes too.
