Decent
Decent matress, but I bought it in hopes my shoulder pain would subside as im a side sleeper. It has alleviated it, from my old matress but it still there. Perhaps too firm for me

Very good night's sleep
So far my Emma mattress s is very comfortable and I'm very pleased with it. It seem to take on the contours of your body whichever way you sleep but also supports you. So far I'm very impressed with this mattress.

Quality cheap
It won't last 20+years as the last one did. Very basic all it is is varying levels of foam and springs held together by thin cover like a sheet. This all I assume is so it can go in a box. Just a gimmick and expensive for what it is, posh camp bed

Emma Elite Matress
Very comfortable when I first get into bed so get to sleep easily but still wake up because I’m too hot and only use a 4 tog duvet. Also joint pain whilst in bed hasn’t eased any.

Big improvement
So far, so good. We've been sleeping on our new mattress now for a couple of weeks, so it's early days, but we are definitely sleeping better. Having a long-standing lower back problem and a variety of sport-related joint injuries that have come back to haunt me as time passes, it is noticeable that they are far less likely to disturb my slumber now that Emma has been run-in. Overall we are very pleased.

Caused serious damage to my back
Caused my back muscles to seize up and woke up with them spasming. My physio told me my entire back is a mess since sleeping on this mattress for a month, it’s been two months since I sent it back and I’m I’m still struggling with the back issues it gave me.

Not as good as hoped for
Unfortunately the mattress causes pain on pressure points, especially my hip. I had hoped to sink in and feel supported but sadly it causes pain. I've had to buy a mattress topper to help with this but I'm still not getting a great sleep. My 20 year old mattress was actually more comfortable. I find it a bit draughty around my feet too. Not as good as I had hoped.

Hello El

The Emma Hybrid Airgrid Mattress - Double does not offer a 200 night trial period.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello Bob,
The Emma Hybrid Airgrid Mattress - Kingsize does not offer a 200 night trial period.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello sleepy,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Emma Hybrid Airgrid Mattress - Single: ''Yes, the Emma Hybrid Airgrid mattress is generally easier to move around on compared to the Emma Original mattress, which can be beneficial for restless sleepers.
Here’s a breakdown of the key differences that affect ease of movement:
Emma Hybrid Airgrid
*Construction: It combines memory foam with responsive AirGrid technology and pocket springs, which add bounce and support
*Ease of Movement: The added bounce from the springs and AirGrid layer makes it easier to turn and reposition without much effort.
*Firmness: Medium-soft feel, but with better responsiveness than all-foam models.
*Best For: Side sleepers and those who tend to overheat at night due to its breathable design.
Emma Original
*Construction: All-foam mattress with layers of memory foam and HRX foam.
*Ease of Movement: Memory foam tends to absorb movement, which can make turning over more difficult, especially for restless or combination sleepers.
*Firmness: Medium-firm, but with less bounce and responsiveness than hybrid models.
*Best For: Sleepers who prefer a more cradling, motion-isolating feel.
Summary
If turning over with minimal effort is a priority, the Emma Hybrid Airgrid is the better choice. Its hybrid design offers more responsiveness and support, making it easier to move around during sleep.''
