Thanks for your question. There is no harm in leaving your JBL Flip 7 connected to electricity at all times. Once fully charged, it will cut off the current to protect the battery.
Yes, our JBL Flip 7 speaker uses a Type C USB cable for charging.
Thank you for inquiry. In efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the power adapter and cord in our newest models, as most consumers already have these in their homes that they can use to charge our portable speakers.
