Damaged bin
Unfortunately the bin was damaged. Not the end of the world, however trying to get a replacement via the contact centre was a experience not to be repeated. I have always used brabantia bins and will continue to.

Bought this bin twice and returned them both for the same reason both lids were not fitted properly and would not open, definitely a manufacturer problem because the packaging was in perfect condition, do they have a quality control in the manufacturing

Better than I expected. Really is fingerprint proof! This is my second Brabantia bin, the first one lasted just over 10 years, and this newer model is even better.

Lovely bin
Lovely bin. Bought to replace old Brabantia bin that I loved. Only one thing I preferred on old bin to this was the fact that it had metal handle to lift out the inner liner which I think was much better.
