Average quality & missing part
Confusion over the delivery. Original date was Saturday then they rescheduled for Monday as apparently DX did not have the item. I used the online chat but they were of little help. However, DX did actually have it and delivered on Saturday. Time consuming to assemble on my own and of average quality. One missing screw and over week before a new one arrived in the post. I have recently bought flat packs from Next & Ikea & both were of better quality and easier/quicker to assemble.

Item good delivery appalling
I’m happy with the draws, good price and very easy to put together. What I’m not happy with is the length of time it took to deliver them, and when we finally got a delivery date of an all day on a Saturday, waited in all day and nothing not even a text to say they couldn’t deliver!!!!! I had to go onto the website to get a redelivery, appalling way to be dealt with!!!!

I bought this and assembled it. The holes don’t align well and the spirit level was showing it to be out of alignment. It’s like a thick cardboard, not wood. I took it apart again and glued and screwed each joint. It was better but the joints were gappy and the symmetry is lost with the draws. The grey veneer was coming off on the edges too. I called Argos and they said they won’t return it as it was assembled, they offered a £6 refund. Wow!! 6 whole pounds. Lol. It’s not even good for burning as it’s not real wood so I gave it to charity. Not happy. Don’t buy unless you like wasting money.

Fantastic features
