About this product
Rust-Oleum Glow in the Dark paint is charged through exposure to light and when the painted object is placed in the dark, the paint emits light and appears to glow bright green (colour appears off-white in normal light). For best results apply Glow In The Dark paint over white or light coloured surface. Rust-Oleum Glow In The Dark is certified Toy Safe, making it safe to be used on children's toys and furniture.

Patchy and doesn't glow
Dries very patchy and doesn't glow unless you lay it on really thick.

My hall now glows
I bought this product for indoor use to illuminate some dado rails on the stairs in a poorly lit area. Cons: The can is very very very small. The paint consistency is very thin. It needs a couple of coats to be effective. Pros: However, it does glow quite well after even short exposure to light. In normal light there is only a slight green tinge so it really comes to life in the dark almost mysteriously. In short, I thought it would be thicker but it works well and is value for money.

If you use clear pond sealer theatrically the glow in the dark should still work, maybe a little darker.
