Puchased wrong item
I bought Canon printer ink 540 instead of 560 and tried to put it in printer and didn’t realise it was the wrong number. You wouldn’t change it as seal broken. I will not lose another £20 so have decided against purchasing any products further from Argos. I will go to Currys instead.I had to purchase the correct 560 ink from you but this will be the last.

Black Ink replacement, rejected by Printer, four times, for no visual or apparent reason?
I purchased Black & Colour Ink for my Printer. However, at first after 'new' Black ink, was inserted in Printer, I got message, 'This Black Ink is empty, please use a full ink'. Took replacement ink out of printer, visual check of contacts. Replaced the 'new' Black ink, into printer. Got Same message each time? 4 times altogether, before the printer suddenly said, 'Processing'. Eventually, the printer accepted, the new ink. I cannot reason why this happened? The Black Ink, that Canon supplied me with, to date, appears to be functioning correctly. No problem with Printer on exchanging Colour ink,

The Canon PG-560 Ink Cartridge - Black are not compatible with the Canon TS7400.
You would require the Canon PG-540 / CL-541 range.
