Vibration training offers a range of fitness benefits, including strengthening and toning muscle, reducing body fat and improving balance and posture by rapidly stimulating reflex, stabilising and core muscles throughout the body. The Reviber plus is a light and portable vibration training solution, complete with resistance bands and remote control. Manufactured with a solid steel base. This combined with a powerful 500W motor means that the machine has a load (weight) capacity of 200kgs and comes with a 5 year warranty.
- 3 Auto programmes, (beginners, intermediate and advanced), that are based on interval training principles. The machine automatically adjusts the speeds so you can concentrate on your exercises.
- The cardio resistance bands are premium grade dipped latex, ensuring they are flexible and durable. They are length adjustable making them perfect for users of all heights.
- Remote control, cardio resistance bands and Abdominal exercise bands also included.
- 20 vibration speed levels.
- 3 programmes.

Bought for husband to help him exercise, our son has same one and he recommended it . Easy to use, YouTube has plenty of exercises to follow, Don't eat before you use it . Would definitely recommend expecially if in sale.

The Hz range is 4Hz-12Hz for this device dependent on speed setting.
