After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Opti Portable Adjustable Basketball Hoop and Backboard: The base is empty plastic moulded base
You will be required to fill the base once assembled with water to help with stability.

The supplier has advised the following for the Opti Portable Adjustable Basketball Hoop and Backboard:
All the fixing bolts on this are M8 screws, though the length of the screws depends on the location on the product that they're used, e.g. 1x 60mm, 1 x 55mm, 4 x 20mm and so on. There are also four 15mm M5 screws.
