Wow, what can I say, this is without doubt the best mobile phone that I have ever owned. I have always been a staunch iPhone supporter but after much badgering by my boyfriend and a fair bit of my own research, I took the plunge and I can honestly say I wish I had gone Team Samsung years ago. The performance, display, battery life and ease of use is incredible and I can't recommend my phone highly enough. Bin your iphone and go Team Samsung 😊

I bought this to replace a galaxy A71 that died suddenly after many years use. For the price its got a good spec and more importantly is still one of the Samsung phones that allows an external memory card to be used

For me it is rubbish.
Having been an Iphone user for many years I only purchased this android phone to find out if the problem I had was the phone or the network. I found this phone heavy, not nice to handle, and seems to have a mind of it's own doing what it wanted to do but not what I wanted it to do. This maybe due to all the AI apps in it. (I hate AI). I now have my Iphone working again so this one will be going up for sale. I will be glad to see the back of it.

After coming from an iPhone 5 years ago it did take me a while to get used to the android system, but I loved my Galaxy note 20 so much that I have just bought a new Galaxy A26, the ease at which you can transfer everything from your old phone to your new one is incredible.
