Make the order process more accurate
When I ordered it said it would be available from 9 am next day. Then after a while when I checked it said it would be 4 pm next day so I couldn't pick it up until the day after that. Not real good!

I bought this item a few weeks ago & the set up was long drawn out having to keep agreeing to privacy terms. The watch itself looks great but the step counter isn’t great as it doesn’t count your steps correctly, therefore returned.

Only had a couple of weeks but so far so good. Battery lasted over a week b4 needing charged. Strap is comfy i like the holes in strap so it doesn't get sweaty. Large easy to read screen. Charger is a magnet that falls off easily but charges fast.

The supplier has advised for the HUAWEI Band 10 Smart Watch - Aluminium Alloy White: It need to set it in Huawei Health and need 10 consecutive minutes measurement.
If you are resting or sleeping and your heart rate has exceeded the limit for 10 consecutive minutes, your watch will vibrate once and display a message letting you know that your heart rate is too high. You can swipe right on the screen or press the side button to clear the message. Perform the following to set your high heart rate limit:
1. Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device settings screen, then touch Health monitoring > Continuous heart rate monitoring, then enable Continuous heart rate monitoring.
2. Touch High heart rate alert then set your preferred high heart rate.
You can set the high heart rate value to 100 bpm, 110 bpm, 120 bpm, 130 bpm, 140 bpm, or 150 bpm.
Heart rate alerts
1. Access the home screen of Huawei Health and tap Heart and in the upper right corner. Select Settings, enable Continuous heart rate monitoring, and set High heart rate alert and Low heart rate alert.
2. Your device will vibrate and display an alert when your heart rate stays above/below your set value for more than 10 minutes while you're resting.
· When your device vibrates four times to notify you of high/low heart rate alerts, you'll need to swipe right on the screen or press the side button to exit the alert screen.
· When your wearable device detects that you're asleep even though Sleep mode is disabled, it will not vibrate to notify you of high/low heart rate alerts. When it detects that you've woken up (with motions such as raising your wrist, pressing the button, or taking off the device), it'll vibrate and display the alert screen.
· When Sleep mode is enabled, your wearable device will not vibrate but only display an alert to notify you of abnormally high/low heart rate readings.

Breathing exercises on a HUAWEI watch/band:
1. Enter the device app list and tap Breathing exercises to set the desired breathing exercise (such as Cuteness relief and Stress relief).
2. After the settings are complete, tap the icon (such as the flower on the Stress relief card) on the breathing exercise card and follow onscreen instructions to perform breathing exercises.
3. Tap next to the breathing exercise name to view its details.
4. When you're done, the screen will display relevant data such as post-exercise heart rate, exercise duration, and effectiveness evaluation.

Yes, you can  create your unique watch face with your favourite photos and images.
1. Access the Gallery watch face settings screen with either of the following methods that's applicable to your device.
Open Huawei Health, navigate to the device details screen, go to My faces > Manage local watch faces, and touch Gallery to access the Gallery watch face settings screen.
Open Huawei Health and navigate to the device details screen. On the Watch faces tab, go to More > Mine, swipe up to find On watch, and touch Gallery to access the Gallery watch face settings screen.
2. Touch + and select either Take photo or Select image as the method for uploading. Then, select a photo or an image, and touch in the upper right corner.
3. Adjust the area where you want the image to display, and touch in the upper right corner to finish uploading.
4. You can set the following on the Gallery screen:
Colour, Style, Time position, and features to access from each corner of the watch face.
Raise to display new image: When this is enabled and more than one image has been uploaded as Gallery watch faces, the displayed watch face will change to another image every time you wake the screen by raising your wrist. When this switch is off, raising your wrist will only display the last image shown, to change it you'll need to tap the screen.
Apply style to all: Applies the custom style on all added images. (Applicable to certain device models only.)
5. Touch Set as default and your wearable device will switch to the newly set Gallery watch face.
The Gallery watch face feature supports the following image formats: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .psd, .tif, .tiff, .webp, and .pcx.
The settings screen varies by feature version. Refer to the actual interface on your device.
