Good for what it does! (Amplify)
Reminder, it is a hearing amplifier, not a hearing aid! It certainly does amplify audio. Am hoping it will help with 'mumbling' TV audio, but yet to test for this. Neatly packaged with it's case. Purchased when it was on a special offer, so very good for the price paid.

Cheap and ok if you need loud implication.
Bought this as emergency stop gap as elderly mother lost hearing aids. It amplify quite loudly even on first setting. She did not like it!

Useful amplification aid.
Great no-frills device which essentially does what it says on the tin..i.e. amplifies sound at a basic level and helps with hearing the tv, phone convos etc. It's unsophisticated and non tonally adjustible but def does the job!

Brilliant little Amplifier
I bought this amplifier as a backup incase my NHS one's broke so glad I did. It is a bit bulky but that's fine because I only use it when in bed,there is a whooshing sound to it, again I don't mind as it helps with my Tinnitus. If anyone is looking for a back up amplifier then I would highly recommend this one for £10.50. Battery life to soon to give comment as I have only used it for two nights.

Hello Jojan, The supplier has advised for the Beurer HA20 Hearing Amplifier: The HA 20 hearing aid does not have an indicator light. The user will know that the battery is running low when the sound becomes quieter, sounds distorted, the device starts beeping, or turns off completely. It uses standard hearing aid batteries of type 13 / PR48.
