This is a great watch for the price range. The features are pretty good and measurements are fairly accurate. It's not at the Garmin level but if you're just looking to get some basic fitness and tracking then this will suffice. Bonus for the calling/receiving features and notifications.

I found the answer further down the Q and A. It seems that for an Android phone you need Android version 12 and Bluetooth version 5 or above. Sadly my current phone has bluetooth version 4.2.
