Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the Reflex Active Interchangeable Strap Calling Smart Watch: We would advise that compatible replacement chargers are only available directly through the brand or manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the pin spacing specifications, as chargers purchased from third-party retailers or online marketplaces are not tested or approved for use with the device and may not be compatible, even if they appear similar.
To ensure correct functionality and avoid potential damage to the watch, we recommend that you obtain a replacement charger directly from the brand's customer support team.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello there,

Hello Dia,
The supplier has advised for the Reflex Active Interchangeable Strap Calling Smart Watch: Our smartwatches require a constant connection to Bluetooth via the app.
Our smartwatch has a range of 10m, going out of this range can cause the watch to disconnect along with updates or environmental factors, this can affect data recording and settings staying on.
It is recommended to log into the app daily.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Candy,
Reflex Active Interchangeable Strap Calling Smart Watch
